TRUCK DRIVER/ D.O.T./ GREEN CARD PHYSICALS – Cameron Park, El Dorado Hills, Placerville, Pollock Pines, Folsom, El Dorado, Diamond Springs November 25, 2009 at 4:55 pm
Beginning December 1st 2009, Fox Chiropractic is starting to perform D.O.T. (truck driver) physicals to obtain Class B licenses. The truck driver must be able to list all medications taken including pertinent information on required form. A copy of the form can be picked up at the Department of Transportation in your area. If needed our office can provide the necessary forms. A physical needs to be performed to make sure the driver is safe for the road. A examination includes the testing of: eyesight, blood pressure, urinalysis, heart/lung tests, musculoskeletal system, etc. Drivers should not take or drink coffee, energy drinks caffeinated soda, or anything else that would increase ones heart rate or blood pressure. Psychiatric medication must be passed off by the physician who gave the medication. Please stop by or call our office at 530-350-7314. We are conveniently located for drivers who want to make a quick stop right onside/off Highway 50 in Cameron Park. We see individuals from Pollock Pines, Placerville, El Dorado, Cameron Park, El Dorado Hills, Folsom, Rancho Cordova and sometimes Sacramento.
